Refund policy

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Items must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
  2. Return Process:

    • Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Shipping Your Return:

    • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Refund Process:

    • You can cancel any order and get an immediate refund if you contact us less than 24 hours after the order is placed. All other orders will need to be returned to us in order to be refunded. 
    • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
    • Please allow three business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  5. Exchanges:

    • If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
    • We will provide instructions on how to return the item or issue a replacement.
